Binder Beacon collects your name, email address, quantity, selected colors, submission time, and reservation reference to manage your free reservation and contact you when purchasing becomes available.

Reservation records are stored using our website hosting provider, Cloudflare. Access to customer records and exports is restricted to the website owner. We do not sell reservation information or use it for unrelated marketing.

To reduce abuse, we store a daily hash derived from your IP address with your reservation. The form also uses duplicate-request identifiers. Hosting providers may retain operational and security logs.

Records are retained while your reservation is active or needed to manage availability. To cancel your reservation or request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact @PokeBTCG on Instagram. Include your reference; do not post personal details publicly. Identity may need to be verified.

Submitting a reservation does not authorize unrelated promotional messages. No payment details are collected. Confirmation is shown on screen; automated email confirmation is not currently provided.
